At Ninya Luxe, every dress is crafted with care, precision, and a touch of love. Since each Ninya Luxe dress is tailormade to specific requirements, any marginal variance in size, color or design may only be on account of human crafting. However, we ensure that we maintain a strict quality control process before dispatch.We hope you adore your purchase as much as we enjoyed creating it.

  • Returns: We do not accept returns once the product has been delivered except in the unlikely event of damage during transit or incorrect delivery in dispatch due to human error/mix up during dispatch. 
  • Exchanges: Exchanges are allowed only if a wrong size/ a wrong product was delivered other than the order.
  • Condition for Exchange: The dress must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with tags intact.
  • Refunds: Refunds are processed only in cases where replacement/exchange is not possible and the return receipt has been accepted and is in compliance with the conditions listed above. Refunds will be initiated to the original payment method within 7 working days.

Process for Exchange (if applicable)

  1. Email us the issue at support@ninyaluxe.com  within 48 hours of receiving your order with all necessary evidence such as videos, pictures etc. 
  2. Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility within 2 working days.
  3. Our team may reach out to you in this period.
  4. Once approved, please ship the item back to us at the address provided by our team within 5 working days of approval.
  5. After inspection, we will process your exchange or issue a credit note or refund..

We encourage you to carefully check size charts and product details before placing your order. Ninya Luxe will not be responsible for ordering mismatches of size of the user.
