At Ninya Luxe, every dress is handcrafted with care and carefully packed with quality materials to ensure your little one’s luxury arrives safely in perfect condition. In case of any visible damage to the package upon delivery, please create an unboxing video and notify us immediately on support@ninyaluxe.com.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship across India through our trusted courier partners to the extent delivery services are available.
For international deliveries, please contact us at support@ninyaluxe.com before placing your order so we can check feasibility and shipping costs.
Shipping Charges
No additional shipping charges are applicable for Domestic locations serviced by reputed couriers.
Express or International delivery will attract delivery charges to be borne by the customer which will be communicated on receipt of serious interest.
Order Processing Time
All confirmed orders (ready to ship) are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Made to order/Customized orders will take up to 10-15 days for preparation.
Processing times can take longer during festive & sale periods due to high demand. We appreciate your patience in this regard and urge you to place your order well in advance.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with tracking details from our courier partners.
Delivery Time
Metro cities: 3–6 business days after dispatch.
Non-metro locations: 5–10 business days after dispatch.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier partner operations, and unforeseen circumstances such as weather or strikes.
Order Tracking
Once the product is ready, you will be informed on your registered mobile number. As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS to follow your parcel’s journey.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address, pin code, and contact details are accurate and complete.
Ninya Luxe will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Damaged or Missing Items
If something’s not right, don’t worry. Please email or WhatsApp us within 3 days of delivery along with a photo of the issue with valid evidence and we’ll connect with you.
Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Ninya Luxe is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances like natural calamities, strikes, lockdowns or war-like situations.
Cancellations
We can accept changes in your order or cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order due to some genuine valid reason. Please contact us as soon as possible!
